A boy and his car

Jack had a fun time in the late afternoon sun set this evening. Sydney was at Cheerleading practice (I don't think I mentioned that that has started. Whew...Its M-F for a while. Its exhausting me!) Anyhow...Jack and I had dinner in the oven so we decided to go outside and turn on a sprinkler. It was starting to get chilly, and he didn't have shoes, but I let him play in his car for a moment. He was really enjoying it! And he mastered climbing in and out! Cool huh?

Can't describe how happy I was standing outside with Jack this evening watching him climb in and out of his cozy coupe. Such a thrilled little boy, he was tickled he figured out how to open the door and get out without falling. It made my heart swell to see the happiness on his face. I was happy about his new accomplishment and joyful to share his joy with him.
Neat huh, how the little things matter way more than the big things. Sharing the joy with your children is really what its all about.
Check out his *** Mega Watt Smile ***

Roaming barefoot. Yikes, don't tell my mom.
Can't really see it that well, but his pajama shirt is Bam Bam from the Flintstones.
Fitting since he bangs on EVERYTHING.
Our little drummer boy!
