Relient K

We got the new Relient K Cd in the mail today. For those of you who aren't familiar with them, they are a great Christian band with punk edge that is so fun. Their new CD dropped on Tuesday, "Forget and Not Slow Down" and we are having a good time listening to it. It seems to have a fuller sound than the previous albums and I am looking forward to learning all the lyrics and pondering their message.
Adam and I are going to see the band in December along with Toby Mac. We scored floor seats for that concert on the cheap (like $22 tickets) on a sweet pre-order deal I got in an email. Its our next date night and we are so excited to go!
Anyhow, Adam was listening to Relient K tonight while we did the dinner dishes and it was so fun to see the kids bouncing and dancing around to this great Christian Band.
Our favorite is "Be My Escape". Not off the new album but a sweet song with a powerful message and great harmonies that Jack seems to love to groove to.
