The Lakers

Ahhh...I was in heaven on Tuesday.
Date night finally rolled around again and I was so ready for it. Alone time with Adam is hard to come by. Even at night when we are finally alone after putting the kids to bed, there is usually something pressing or screaming at us to finish. I love time with my husband. Real time, OUT in the world. It makes me feel like I am young again. And I think I crave it because we didn't get a lot of alone time even when we were dating. It just so nice to be just with him. And it draws me so much closer to my husband. He is just so fun to be with.
So, I am always saying that we don't have to big stuff or expensive stuff, that we just have to be together. But isn't it fun when the 'being together' can be joined with the 'big stuff' once in awhile? That is what happened this Tuesday. Last fall Stubhub gave me a courtesy credit because of lackluster service. And I used the credit to purchase Laker tickets. Stinkin awesome huh? So Adam and I got to go this Tuesday. My mom (God Bless her) watched the kids and Adam and I snuck away for date night with Kobe Bryant.
Adam had never been to a NBA game before. HE LOVED IT! Really, that is quite the understatement. Its really like
HE LOVED IT!!!! no joke, he had just the best time.
Here's a picture of us in our cheap seats. But hey, we had the best cheap seats there are. Great view, row one, seat one and two. No one in front or behind or on one side. It rocked. Doesn't' he look happy? Adam loved the jumbo tron, the nachos, the thrill of the game. I loved that he loved it. Super fun! Here is a picture of our view...

And one the highlights was us winning tacos! Yes, if the Lakers won and we kept the Indiana Pacers from scoring over a hundred points everyone and I mean everyone won two free tacos! YAHOO!

It was so funny to hear the whole arena chanting

"WE WANT TACOS!"

I am so glad for this special time with my sweetie.

I love him so.

Now, Since we have been married I have taken Adam to pro Hockey, Baseball and Basketball games. Only Football to go.
