Today Sydney went to Jamz Cheer Camp. It is an all day event that is designed to teach the gals all about chanting and cheering and stunting. Sydney LOVES it and had such a great time today. What made her day the most was being the 'flyer' in the stunting. The flyer is the girl that is held up by the 4 other gals and does the poses up high. Now, don't get too worried. In this league there is no tossing or anything, just a lot of standing on legs or hands.
Sydney was super excited when I came in to see the parent show. But she also told me that is was difficult indeed to be the flyer. The girls dropped her a few times in the beginning. On grass. And she landed on her feet of course. I reminded Sydney that the flyers need to be super stiff. All tucked in. No flailing. Even if she's falling. A flailing girl is harder to catch.

She did super.

It was so cool to see Sydney high in the air.

And she had a BLAST.
