Car Accident

So, we got into a car accident. Before you read any further, let me point out...

THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT!

Just had to clear that up! :)
Actually on I was running some errand after the Mom's Club party with Jack and while we were driving a little old fella just drove right into us. He was in the Michaels parking lot and was pulling out their drive. He said he just didn't see us. He creamed Jacks door, my rear driver door. Jack and I are totally ok, but the car had some pretty good damage.

Did I tell you that the fella was 95?

95!!!!!!

Ummmmm Yeah, thinking he needs to be off the road, don't you think?
A little faster and our boy could have been seriously hurt.

Anyway, a fine way to end the day. I was stuck on the phone with insurance companies for two days. But I must say both insurance companies were great so far. Geico (his insurance) very quickly authorized a rent-a-car, because Jacks door keeps buzzing like its open even though it was closed. They gave a Chevy Tahoe. Its a sweet ride, but I call it "The Beast" because it is just So. Darn. Huge. I am not kidding. Makes my Highlander feel like a golf cart.

So there's the latest. More headaches and drama in the Krebs household. But what are you going to do, accidents happen right?
