A Valentines Gift from Sydney's Class?

So, you may be asking yourself, how did a bunch of third graders get me such a cool, sleek, touch screen phone? HA! Well, let me fill you in really quick! At Sydney's third grade Valentines day party on Friday, I was hosting the celebration for the class with goodies and movies and candy. As always, one of the kiddos dropped a cupcake and needed assistance. Well, I knew these things always happen, so I made sure to bring a sponge and 409 for cleaning. So I handed off the supplies to a bunch of kids to help clean up the mess on the floor as I grabbed the vacuum to sweep up the mess. SO, everything was fine until a bunch of kids dropped the 409 bottle in the bag that had my phone and wallet and keys. And wouldn't you know it? The 409 screw on cap was loose and 409 cleaner was basically poured on/ into my phone! UGH!

So, no big whip, Adam (my gem of a husband) went with me to the Verizon store to file the insurance claim and get a new (ie. refurbished) phone...and that was the plan...until we saw THIS!! Ooooo La La! The LG Dare with touch screen! So Happy Valentines to ME! Isn't it pretty? Love my phone, love it, love it, love it! Who would have guessed I could love my phone so much! Thank you Adam, to the best husband in the world, who not only saved the day but let me upgrade it! Mmmmwah! :)
