Lucky Woman!

So, doesn't June Cleaver looks so content and happy and lucky!
Well, do you want to know something?

I am so much more content and happy and lucky then she ever was!
I have an amazing husband.
My husband works hard everyday without complaining so I can stay home with our kids.
My husband is such a great husband and dad that when he gets home, instead of playing on the Internet, or going out with the guys, or going and hiding in his man cave, he actually wants to hang out with me and the kids and play or read.
My husband will watch the kids so I can go to the meetings I have to go to or to let me run errands and get some alone time!
My husband does this all without skipping a beat and smiling the whole time!

I really am a lucky gal. Being a mom is a wonderful, complex, tiring, awe inspiring job and I have a husband that supports me being home to raise these kids and be here for them everyday. He loves us that much. I am so thankful for his job that lets me stay home, so thankful for these kids and what they teach me everyday (patience mostly!!) and so thankful for this gift of a man, that loves me enough to kiss me and the kids goodbye and head out for another long day at work. He has a heart for God and a kind and compassionate soul. I am so in love with this guy!
I am a very lucky woman indeed.
