Anyhow, here are pictures of the latest and greatest from our end. Jack had a doozy of a couple of days with injuries. He seems to fall "head" first into everything. This little forehead bruise looks worse in person. And last night he took a tumble at swim and really got himself good on his right temple. Such is the fate of the early walker. I wish I could find a way to carry ice packs with me. Maybe one of those crack and kneed things will do the trick. Hmmmm.
And let me tell you, Sydney is doing suburb! She is know working on a butterfly stroke. Incredible.
This sweet little diddy was taken this morning at my friend Karen's at playgroup. Sydney had a good time snacking and playing. Jack was ok. He whined a whole bunch ( I think he is frustrated that he can't communicate) and he pushed a kiddo too. I forget how big Jack is until I see him with other kids his age. He really is taller than most of them. And stronger too. He spent a lot of the morning pushing a train push toy around. What is amazing about that is that there was a 25 pound boy on top of it and Jack pushed that kid and that train around with no problem. Crazy. But all in all we had a good time this morning...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~What is sure to be a good time in Oct is the visit from this gal...
My best friend from junior high Jen is coming down from Seattle with her husband Sam and their son Zachary! I am sooo excited for this visit. Jen and her family was down in LA in June but we couldn't get there to visit her. I was so bummed. So when I found out that she was here in Oct, we made plans right away!
