I promise

This is what I am going to go do instead of blogging right now. I haven't done my laundry in days and I think I just might find myself drip drying tomorrow morning if I don't get my hiney in gear and go tend to household chores. I wish I could tell you about the last few days...how Jack has started to really chat it up, saying all sorts of new words. I wish I could tell you about Sydney, and how we started the week on a bummer with a cruddy math test grade and how she rebounded with dedication and stamina and really mastered 3 digit multiplication.

I also wish I could tell you about how much I loooovvveeee my husband, and how he comes thru for me everyday. He was so awesome home with the kids three different nights this week, so I could shop for the Church's Thanksgiving dinner, or go to a CE meeting or choir. He is even going to work tomorrow to make up the hours he lost this morning helping me set up the hall for the
church dinner tomorrow night.

And I wish I could tell you about my mom, and her eye surgery this week. And how she came thru like a champ! She is so brave. And I wish I could tell you how I really reflected on being a better person this week, and let you know my thoughts on forgiveness and reconciliation and what I learned.

BUT...

like I said before, the laundry is screaming at me. So I am off. Just know, we are super busy, but well, and I am looking forward to getting off the merry-go-round soon, so I can blog and let you know more about all these wonderful things!

P.s. My novel is NOT going well. Maybe next week I will find a day to sit and write...but I still can't think of anything to say. Hmmmmmm.
