Our sweet boy

What a smile!
A Few New Things About Jack age 18 months:

He is crazy about cars. He loves to roll them, throw them (Oh No!) and flip them over and see how the wheels spin (such the engineer!) Tractors or Trains will do in a pinch, but give him a car and all is right with the world!

He is skipping his afternoon nap, this makes for a loud, tearful (me or him?) sometimes psycho evening!

He does not like straight apple juice, 1/4 to 3/4 water he may consider but pure apple juice? No way.

He will call China if you let him. He can figure out any phone, even if the cell phone is locked.

He gives the best hugs and even pats your back when squeezing you...its the best!

He could live on Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal and Bananas

He is awesome at wooden puzzles. I can mix up all the pieces and he gets them all correct everytime!

When he is all finished eating he will tell you with a hearty "DONE!" and turn his head. BUT when he's done with a sippy he will just toss it full throttle. (Terribly unpleasant at home, humiliating in public when flying sippys smack waitresses at restaurants, older folks at church or his Sissy in the car!) Know we are working on it and learn to duck out of the way!

He has a GREAT LOVE for electronics! If it has a button, cord, switches or wires, you will find him there, turning, pulling, clicking, pushing and yanking.

Sometimes you will find him laughing this really deep rolling laugh, almost like a mad scientist. Whoo-waaaaaa! It makes us all laugh so hard our bellies hurt!

When he's really mad he screams a scream that will pierce your eardrum and then sticks his two fingers in his mouth.

He is fearless in public. He will walk right away from you the moment you blink (Yikes)

He is ticklish all over

He loves to stroll around the house "woofing" like a doggie or "roaring" like a dinosaur!

He's a natural drummer; this kiddo loves to bang on anything

When he sees his Sissy walking toward the car after school, his laughter and joy for her can be heard from across the street

He would nibble all day if he was allowed

He loves to sing. And he will try copy what ever your singing!

He loves Kitties and digs pulling their tails (Oh No!)

He says "Danks" all by himself when you hand him a sippy of milk

He loves it when his Da Da comes home. He runs to him and starts chattering all about his day. With hand gestures and everything

He loves to kiss my Mickey Mouse ornament.

He loves to clap at the end of every Taylor Swift song we play and sing to in the car

The first thing he asks for every morning is Da-Da and Sissy

He likes to make piles everywhere he goes and then just walk away

He loves to kiss you, a lot, over and over again, if he's in the mood (which of course I truly love and try to talk him into every other moment)

He loves to hit you, a lot, over and over again, if he's in the mood (which of course I truly dislike and strong discourage!)

He writes on anything that is left around. Ask Sydney. She is re-writing her homework right now due to scribbles.

He loves black olives; his brand new favorite food!

His favorite lovey in the world is Kitty.

He has REALLY BIG emotions in a little bitty body. But man, the love in him is the biggest of all!
