That is for my friend Paige, who totally rocked it and made it to her goal of 50,000 words in 30 days! How awesome is that. I had no doubt that Paige could achieve her goal and I am so happy for her!
Oh...me? Nah! I hit a grand total of 10832 words. What is that? Like 1/5 of the goal? Not too too bad for my first time out of the gate. It took me forever to figure out what to write and I still don't think it ever really took the shape of a novel.
Short story maybe...
But novel? Nah.
So, are you going to try with me again next year? Oh come on! We have a year to gear up for it!
