So can I brag a little bit? I am so excited and I have to share with someone! Today I paid the deposit for the Hula Dancers for our Church luau this summer!I AM SO STINKIN EXCITED!
I can't say how much I am lovin this idea. First we are going to have a meet and greet time. You know, Hawaiian Shave Ice, Pineapple Bowling, maybe a bean bag toss game for the little kids, something like toss the bag around the 7 Islands. Then I booked the Hula teachers to teach the hula to our guests for a 1/2 hour! HOW FUN is that going to be? Oooooo so excited. Then we are all going to eat dinner and then the musical guests are going to put on a show. Dancing and music. Pauline even mentioned costume changes! WHOO HOO!
Its going to be stinkin awesome!
I have a lot of details to work out with my committee, food and decorations and such, but I really think this event will be a fabulous event to bring many generations of the church together to Fellowship. True Fellowship.
I love it and I am so excited!
Can't wait to share more!
