More Childproofing...

A picture snapped a moment ago...Mr. Krebs reaching for the stove knobs! UGH!

Well, the last couple of days have been ho-hum normal around the Krebs household. Not to much exciting stuff to mention. I think that might be a good thing, now that I am thinking about it. This weekend came and went uneventful. We did a lot of relaxing and unwinding. It was supposed to be a busy one. Sydney was all set to go camping with her Brownie Troop to Morro Bay, but the trip was cancelled due to rain. Bummer! Really. She was disappointed!
I was supposed to be out of town on a Women's Retreat up to Mt. Hermon, but I did not feel up to going on a three day trip. I am still deep into pain management, and I still am so tired. Bummer again! Oh well, I will try again next year.
The cruddy weather kept all of us home bound most of the weekend. Being stuck indoors inspired me though, so I did talk Adam into changing the furniture around again. This silly house, I still can't figure out the best layout for all the furniture. Tricky Tricky. Adam and I shake our heads every time we try to move it all around. Hmmmm. Oh well.
Today was a pretty mellow morning for Jack and me. We played, read, sang, cleaned. So glad I am home with him. The afternoon brought Adam home from work with a migraine. He went straight to bed at 5 p.m. He is still asleep.Poor guy! I think he will feel better in the morning. He usually does.
I took the kids for a photo shoot this evening. I wanted to have their pictures taken for their birthdays, but I was hoping to do something different than the typical JC Penney pics we always do. My good friend Miken had her engagement and wedding photos done by Sean Troeger, a local photographer and I loved loved loved them. So Sean and his wife Kim met Jack, Sydney and me for an outdoor photo shoot. It was very relaxed and a lot of fun. Sydney was hyper so I don't know how those pics will turn out, but Jack was very easy going. I am looking forward to getting the picture proofs in a couple of weeks and seeing how the kids were captured. :) I will share when I do!
